New Patients
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients of every age, and you can start with our new patient special: an exam, X-rays, and a cleaning for $99.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. Arriving a few minutes early to complete paperwork is helpful.
Do you treat children and the whole family?
Yes. We are a family practice and care for patients of every age, from a child's first checkup onward, so the whole family can be seen in one place.
Appointments & Emergencies
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online anytime through our scheduler, or call our friendly team at (847) 259-5600.
Do you see dental emergencies the same day?
Yes. We keep room in our schedule for emergencies and do our best to see you the same day. Call us as early as you can so we can prepare for your visit.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on weekends.
How often should I see the dentist?
For most people, a checkup and cleaning every six months keeps teeth and gums healthy and catches small problems early, before they become bigger ones.
Insurance & Payment
Do you take my insurance?
We work with most major PPO dental insurance plans and file claims for you. Call us with your plan details and we will be glad to check your coverage before your visit.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
No problem. We offer an in-house savings plan for uninsured patients, along with flexible financing, so you can get the care you need without the stress.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options and will always review costs with you upfront, so you can plan with confidence.
Your Visit & Care
I feel anxious about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our team is gentle and patient, and we offer oral conscious sedation to help nervous patients stay calm and comfortable throughout their visit.
Can I get a crown in one visit?
Yes. With CEREC technology we design and place many crowns in a single visit, so there is no second appointment and no temporary crown to wear.
What technology do you use?
We use CEREC same-day crowns, 3D imaging, and digital X-rays to make your care faster, more precise, and more comfortable.
